Hollis Personnel was set up in 1997 by it's 2 Directors, Patricia Norris and Sarah Holford.
The decision to form our company was taken as a direct result of our own personal experiences in dealing with recruitment companies when we were job hunting ourselves. We felt that the service element of recruitment was often missing, and that many consultants didn't actually listen to our requirements properly, and appeared to put profit before anything else.
At Hollis Personnel, our philosophy has always been about providing outstanding customer service for both our clients and our candidates. This has been the basis that we have built our business upon, and is the reason why we still have a successful business today. The majority of our work is repeat business from existing clients and via personal recommendations, and as a result we have forged very strong working relationships with everybody we work with.
